Every bungee and sky jump is conducted by certified masters from X Bungee Thailand, trained to New Zealand SANZ Standards. All equipment is regularly inspected, tested, and replaced to international specifications. Site licencing for bungee operations is held by industry authority Mark Stainton-James of X Bungee Thailand. All Extreme Zone visitors receive mandatory safety briefings before participation. Medical and physical eligibility requirements are enforced without exception. The park's Day Pass includes insurance coverage; additional coverage is available for Extreme Zone activities.
