Park Terms and Conditions

Admission and Ticketing:

  • Each ticket grants admission to one individual and is valid only for the specified date and time.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Prohibited Items and Conduct:

  • Outside food and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
  • Entry may be denied to individuals under the influence of alcohol.
  • All individuals, and their belongings, are subject to security screenings upon entry and at other designated areas within the park.
  • Offensive language, unsafe behaviour, and any form of misconduct towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated.

Queue and Ride Etiquette:

  • Guests are expected to maintain order in ride queues. Joining a group already in line is not permitted.
  • Specific attire is required for certain attractions. Only synthetic or nylon costumes are permitted. Traditional wear such as sarees, churidars, formal attire, denims, and any deemed inappropriate are not allowed.
  • Scarves or shawls must not be worn during rides for safety reasons.

Safety Precautions:

  • Adherence to safety instructions provided by lifeguards and ride operators is mandatory.
  • The park is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from guest negligence.
  • Diving is prohibited in shallow pools.
  • Certain rides may not be suitable for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or epilepsy.
  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
  • Some rides have height and weight restrictions for safety purposes.

Operational Rights:

  • The management reserves the right to close rides for safety or technical reasons without prior notice.
  • The management may require guests to vacate the park under certain circumstances.
  • Misbehaviour or violation of park rules may result in ticket cancellation and removal from the premises.

Prohibited Activities: Without prior written consent from the management, the following are prohibited:

  • Sale or display of goods or services.
  • Distribution of any printed materials.
  • Unauthorized promotions or events.
  • Display of banners or printed materials.
  • Commercial photography or recording.


  • The park is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
  • The park may capture images or recordings of guests for promotional purposes without compensation.

Additional Information:

  • Pets are not allowed within the park premises.
